Your new computer
Every computer leaves our bench tested, updated, and ready to use. When you get it home:
- Plug in and turn it on. Windows is already installed and activated - just follow the short first-time setup on screen.
- Keep the paperwork. Your receipt shows the SKU number. That number gets you faster help if you ever call us.
- Something not right? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right - see the warranty below.
Warranty
Every sale comes with a warranty. Here's the simple version:

If something covered goes wrong, contact us with your SKU or receipt and a quick description. We'll repair it, replace it, or refund it.
Not covered: drops, spills, and damage from opening it up and swapping parts yourself. Full details are in the Return Policy.
Shipping & pickup
- Shipping: each product page lists its shipping cost. Computers are double-boxed with the insides braced so nothing shifts in transit. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
- Local pickup: free, in Cleveland, by appointment - we'll arrange a time when you buy.
- Buying: there's no online checkout. Press "Contact to purchase" on any product and we'll confirm availability and take payment - simple and personal.
What "refurbished" means here
Our refurbished machines are business-grade computers coming off corporate leases - built better than most store-shelf PCs. Before any of them go up for sale, we:
- Completely and securely erase the previous owner's data
- Test every part and replace anything weak or worn
- Clean the machine inside and out
- Install a fresh, genuine copy of Windows
- Run a final full-system test
Scratches or wear worth mentioning are always noted and photographed on the product page.
Care tips
- Dust is the enemy. Blow out vents every few months and keep the computer off carpet.
- Let it update. Most "it's acting weird" problems are updates waiting to install.
- Back up twice. One copy on an external drive, one in the cloud. Drives fail; backups don't care.
- Use a surge protector. A $25 strip can save a $1,000 computer.
Common questions
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes. Email us what you have (model and condition) and we'll offer store credit toward anything we sell or any repair.
Can you build from my parts list?
Yes. Send the list through the contact form - we'll check the parts work together, quote the labor, and build it.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes - fleet repairs, bulk refurbished machines, and servers. Mention your company in the contact form and we'll set you up.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. All work happens in our own shop - your drive is never mailed to a third party. We only touch what the repair requires, and we can certify a full data wipe on request.
How fast are repairs?
Most common repairs are done in 2-4 business days. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote before you commit.
