These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lake Erie Computers website and services. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Lake Erie Computers is a computer sales and service business based in Cleveland, Ohio, serving customers online and locally.

2. Use of this site

• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation.
• The staff portal is restricted to authorized personnel. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited and may be logged and reported.
• Content on this site is provided for information; we may update product details, pricing, and availability at any time.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices and stock shown on the site are estimates and subject to change until an order is confirmed. Inventory is limited; a listed item is not reserved until you contact us and we confirm the purchase. We reserve the right to correct errors, including pricing errors, even after an inquiry is submitted.

4. Orders & purchases

Purchases are arranged by contacting us via the product page, email, phone, or in person. A sale is final once payment is completed, subject to our Return Policy and any applicable warranty.

5. Repairs & service

• You represent that you are the owner of, or authorized to service, any device you bring us.
• We provide estimates before billable work; approving an estimate authorizes the work described.
• Back up your data before service. While we take care with your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
• Devices left unclaimed for 60 days after completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal as permitted by Ohio law.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

Warranties are limited to those expressly stated on product pages and in our Documentation. Except as required by law, the site and services are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lake Erie Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from the use of the site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

8. Intellectual property

The Lake Erie Computers name, logo, site design, and content are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
